Our Service

Our service offers outpatient individual and group interventions to help people with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and co-morbid mental health problems find ways to cope with their difficulties. Interventions focused on ASD include help to understand the diagnosis of ASD and find ways to learn to live with it. This may include working on social skills, communication or relationships, alongside other common problems such as planning and organizing tasks. Interventions focused on ADHD include help to understand the diagnosis of ADHD and find ways to live with associated difficulties, such as planning and organizational problems.

Comorbid mental health problems are common in people with ASD and ADHD. We offer individual psychological therapy for associated mental health problems. We can also work with families and carers where appropriate.
